Olympus Legal Systems / From practice

The responsibility
stays with counsel.

We build for the person whose name goes on the filing. The work must be inspectable. The limits must be visible. The final decision must remain human.

Why this exists

A plausible citation can survive a quick read.
It should not survive an evidence check.

Olympus was built inside a working New York litigation practice. It brings verification, deadlines and the matter record into a hosted service for solo practitioners and small litigation firms.

Hermes, your assistant, works inside Olympus. AI-proposed changes wait in the Review Inbox for a human to confirm or reject. The model can advise. It does not get the last word.

The founding standard

Created line by line.
From the work of practice.

Olympus was created line by line by a lawyer, for lawyers, inside a working New York litigation practice. The standard is the one a filing demands: show the source, identify the limits, and leave the decision with counsel.

A place for the work

The matter and the decision.

Begin with the matter, follow the source, and bring the decision back to counsel. The product overview separates development captures from workflow illustrations and identifies what belongs in initial access.

Custody

Our building.
Your client’s documents.

The hosted-product design goal is to keep client documents on our private fleet and out of third-party model providers and model training, and to send citation strings only to CourtListener. These boundaries are not yet implemented, deployed and verified as applicable. They are design intent, not current guarantees. This website's processor list covers Cloudflare for delivery and security and Formspree for access-form details; it does not cover the hosted product.
